Gourmet in Spain is a new concept for the Costa del Sol designed to meet the needs of people :

- who can’t cook

- don’t want to cook

- want to learn to cook.

Who are we?

The concept was started in Brussels, Belgium by Ann Mason 15 years ago, taken to France and is now in Spain.  

In Belgium, Ann provided “in house” cooking for private dinner parties, graduations, weddings, cocktails and business lunches for major Corporations. She cooked for politicians, embassies and heads of state.

  Moving to France she ran a very successful B&B in the Loire Valley called the Moulin du Fief Gentil. This was voted one of the top B&B’s in France.  The B&B acquired a fantastic reputation for food. Ann cooked and joined her guests for dinner, thus hosting a dinner party 5 nights a week. Her husband Roger was able to share his passion for wine by choosing and serving wines to complement the meal. For many guests, dinner was one of the highlights of their stay.

In addition to cooking for guests, Ann ran small “hands on” cooking classes. Now looking for a slightly quieter life, Ann and her husband Roger have moved to the sun, but still want to continue with their passion for food and wine.

Gourmet in Spain adds a plus to the great produce that can be found locally and can create true gourmet dishes.
