Cooking Classes

These are "hands on" lessons for small groups. Each participant will prepare various dishes using local ingredients under Ann's expert guidance.
The lesson starts at 10:00am with coffee and an explanation
of the recipes. Students will receive copies of the recipes cooked that day. The
lesson lasts around 4 hours and includes tastings of the prepared dishes,
accompanied by a glass of wine.
Courses are held every Tuesday and Friday
in our kitchen in Alhaurin el Grande. Each course is for a maximum of 3
people. The cost per lesson is 110 Euros and includes a 4 hour lesson, all
ingredients and equipment, recipes and a tasting lunch with wine and
coffee.
We have access to another kitchen for groups of 6 maximum
(please contact us for details).

Always seem to cook the same
dishes ? This course offers inspiration to gourmet cooks who would like to
enjoy good food when time is of an essence.

MENU E : Fish and
Shellfish class
A premium class for fish
lovers.
This class carries a 20 Euros supplement. This
class will be organised by prior arrangement at mutually convenient
dates and will vary according to market supplies but will generally cover
:
- Whole fish cooked in a parcel ( such as Dorada
or Besugo)
- Panfried Sea Bass filets
- Clams in white
wine and garlic
- Grilled langostinos with lemon thyme
butter
- Various sauces to accompany fish such as hollandaise,
aioli, tomato vinaigrette
