(these are our most popular menus, but can be adapted to your taste)

MENU 1

Grilled asparagus salad, quails eggs, parmesan shavings & balsamic dressing

Chicken supreme roasted in a lemon vinaigrette

Green bean parcels wrapped in bacon

New potatoes

Summer berry panacotta

MENU 2 – VEGETARIAN

Roasted pumpkin soup with black olive and rosemary scones

Baked red pepper stuffed with Mediterranean ratatouille.

Safron risotto

Brandysnap basket with seasonal fruit and vanilla ice cream

MENU 3

Chilli prawns and Asian egg noodle salad

Pork fillet with grain mustard sauce

Crushed potatoes and wilted spinach

Marsala wine roasted peaches with rosemary infused vanilla ice cream

MENU 4

Goat's cheese soufflé with salad, honey and cider vinegar dressing

Filets of sea bass in a wine and vanilla sauce

on a stack of olive oil mash and stir fried courgettes

Chocolate truffle cake

MENU 5

Foie Gras with red onion confit and toasted brioche

Duck breast with Sechuan peppercorns and port wine sauce

Rosti (potato pancake) and green beans

Chocolate soufflé with home made orange sorbet


All menus subject to availability. The same menu will be served to all guests.


Buffet parties can also be organised for between 10 and 30 people.  Some suggestions are given below:

FISH

Whole salmon with choice of mayonnaise and sauce vierge
Poached pieces of salmon with watercress sauce
Fish terrine with yoghurt and herb sauce
Large prawns with garlic and saffron mayonnaise

MEAT

Filet of beef in black peppercorn crust
